        We had a lovely weekend. I'd also like to say how much we enjoyed the breakfasts at the hotel. One suggestion - maybe you could provide some instructions in the bathrooms on how the showers work for those of us who are unfamiliar with this that particular type.

        We really enjoyed our stay at Quebecs, The room we had was fabulous - spacious, luxurious and comfortable. Loved the free upgrade. Breakfast was excellent. Beautiful hotel. We would definitely like to come back again.

        We stayed in room 306 the bathroom basin tap had started to leak a little, when in use. Your one of my top five hotels I've stayed in, always relaxing and help is always at hand thank you

          A very nice small hotel - all the public areas wee lovely. We especially liiked the breakfast room and the honesty bar. Staff ere pleasant and polite would like to come agin and would definitely recommend to others.

          I always come back to this hotel and there is quite simply no other place that matches up to it in Leeds. Especially like the little details, e.g. the lanterns lit on the steps to the hotel.

          Very nice hotel, our room was outstanding. Only drawback was that there was nowhere to park and we had a bit of a walk to find a space, then had to ensure we put a ticket on the car ealy in the morning as our vehicle was parked on the street.

          Enjoyed a fabulous weekend at Quebecs (Leeds). Welcome was perfect...managed to secure a car parking space at the hotel and our room was ready over 4 hours before the official check-in time. Room was a perfect size, immaculate and had the most comfortable bed and furnishings...and the bathroom was lovely. Would recommend to anyone...and would definitely return to Quebecs if I ever visit Leeds again. Thank you.

        Our room was available early to check-in to and on departure and arrival the hotel were kind enough to hold our baggage while we toured the city. One of the rooms did not have a full length mirror but this was only a minor detail. The staff were all pleasant and helpful as always when I've stayed at Quebecs.

        We were extremely happy with our visit. We needed to arrive prior to booking in time and leave on a late train it was no problem at all to leave our luggage in your care. The room was beutiful and we especially like having a drink in the fine oak room. (We hope we win the draw as we would love to come back). I have already recommended you to people for whenever they might be visiting Leeds. Staff very friendly and all facilities everything that could be wanted.

        Have stayed in many city center hotels. Quebecs is one of the nicest. Comfortable, quiet, well decorated and friendly. I will definitely be back.

          This is the second time we have stayed here recently and both times we have been very satisfied with the room and the hotel in general. Have stayed at 42 Calls also and find Quebecs far superior.

          I was surprised of the high standard and yet the cosy atmosphere of this excelllent hotel. One of the best hotel deals I ever had. Next time in Leeds I will definitely stay in Quebecs. The only suggestion I have is to improve the sign outside on the street. I passed the hotel once and then have to turn back again. From outside it looks more like a club than a hotel. But as soon as you are inside everything is OK.

          We were on the 4th floor and opposite the conservatory so it was quite noisy with staff going to and fro during breakfast. Other than that, excellent!

        No complaints at all and really enjoyed the stay at Quebecs. A great location and good quality Hotel, and I thought the overall experience was excellent! Could have done with Derran Brown doing a few card tricks at breakfast though...but I guess he was a guest as well!!!!

          The only thing I miss in my stays is a steam iron and proper ireoning board. I have to say that the little fold down numbers with fixed (non-steamiron) really don't do the job).

          Quebecs is a unique and wonderful hotel! I will definitely be staying there again and would absolutely recommend to friends and family. In fact, it was a friend that recommended it to me. The lounge area was fabulous and much appreciated. It was like staying at someone's home. Loved it!

        I loved the comfort of the room. My only disappointment - and it is a serious one - is the lack of complementary internet connection, whether WiFi or wired. I generally take this for granted, wherever I stay. just thought of something else. I arrived at about 1.30pm and was told that my room wouldn't be ready until 3pm. I know that this is standard practice, but I am used to a far more flexible approach to checking in early, on the rare occasions when I might be able to.

        This is our second visit to the Quebecs in Leeds and I can say that we would not consider another hotel unless you were fully booked. Excellent rooms and the staff are very friendly. We look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

        As frequent short break guests to hotels, we found our stay at Quebecs stood out from the crowd with the little extras like the Oak room, mineral water and turn down service all adding to a great experience. We chose not to breakfast due to the cost although the conservatory looked an ideal place to start the day.

        Our stay was amazing! I booked it as a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday and every single member of staff there made us feel really welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. We both absolutely loved Quebecs and will definitely be booking again next time we're in Leeds! Thank you and keep up the great work.

        I found the reception staff extremely helpfull to myself and my wife. They greatly enhanced our stay by agrreing to keep our luggage before check-in and after check-out which enabled us to explore the city without problems. They were also able to give us directions which was of great assistance.Thank you for a wonderfull stay, it was an essential part of our anniversary celebration.

        I have yet to have anything but a perfect visit at any eton collection hotel. Quebec's lived upto and exceeded my expectations. However whilst the quality of room service was very good, the choice was limited. I will be certain to use this hotel again in the near future.

        We appreciated the welcoming e-mail before we came and the offer of help. We liked the friendliness of the staff but also the way they were not intrusive. The Oak Room was wonderful and we enjoyed our drinks there. Other apples rather than the bright green ones!

          A bit naughty to have nuts on chocolates on display that appear to be complimentary but are in fact a staggering £5 per jar! - For the standard of the suite a few more complimentary bits and pieces would have been nice - having said that we had a wonderful time - great location, excellent staff and the suite and hotel was lovely. If we come back to Leeds we will definitely stay with you again. Many thanks.

          I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. Over the past couple of years we have been really lucky to stay in some fantastic hotels in the North including Rudding Park, Hilton Manchester, Royal York. Quebecs for me was everything I wanted from a boutique hotel. I absolutely loved it. We found the room fantastic, the surroundings lovely and staff incredibly helpful. My only slight moan.... and its tiny, honest.. was the Honesty Bar, the prices really were, I thought a little high and for that price, you may as well have stayed in your room and used the mini bar. But that aside, loved the hotel and have nothing bad to say about it. I would do it all over again if I could. Many thanks!

          Hotel is unique but would benefit from a "foyer" area. it was a little unpersonal, and a bar area would be an advantage. also the honesty bar is an excellent idea but i saw it abused, by children taking drink from it. phil axe. sheffield, we would definately come again

          Our stay in Leeds was as a result of our son being in hospital, we did not know what to expect on arrival at the hotel. It was late at night around 9pm, we were exhausted and had planned on falling in to bed but the wonderful surpise that met us, a warm friendly greeting and a fantastic room which really was home from home we just had to order room servce and sit back and soak up all the pleasure of our visit. we plan to come back but this time for a pleasure trip - thank you so much you will never know how much we appreciated the surprise

          I have been staying at Quebecs for the last 3 years whenever i am in Leeds and find the hotel staff and service absolutley fantastic. The staff are always willing to help and fulfil my requests. I have and will continue to reccommend the hotel to family & friends as well as business collegues. The only downfall i find is that you do not offer complimentry broadband which most other hotels do, which puts some of my colleguess off booking with you,they then book with De Veres at Oulton Hall.

        Best hotel i ever seen and stayed. in the uk.. its great hotel, the service is the best of the best, rooms are excllent , the location are in the haert of the City Center, leeds, I truely love this hotel. its just not normal like the other hotels in the UK. i always travel to far east and stay in five or six star hotels , and i know the standerds of the hotels and quality of service, however what i have exprianced in this hotels is the best amonge all other hotels i styed in within the Uk. i tureling love this hotel and will come back to it . i realy recommend this hotel.

          It was a lovely hotel to return to on Valentine's Day after theatre and thoroughly suited our mood. When we have reason to stay over in Leeds again, we will certainly look into the Quebecs.

          We thought that it was a great stay. We go up to visit our children at university and boarding schools in Leeds and York. The 50% discount and upgrade on top made it very good value and brought it in line for what we have paid at our regular stays in the area. If it continues, you will be our first choice and we would recommend you to other parents who do the trip on a regular basis. It was nice to be able to bring our daughter and friend back for a drink after dinner. Two small things - the dressing gowns were not in the bathroom - and it was a bit difficult finding our room.

          We will definitely be staying again and I have already been showing work colleagues the Quebecs brochure with a very positive response. The location is superb and my partner and I would like to take a bed and bath home with us next we stay!! Very much enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

        In addition to marking the above as excellent , I would like to add the drawing room is delightful, to be able to sit in front of a fire on a gorgeous sofa without the obtrusion of bar staff recreates being at home to perfection. Many an enjoyable hour was spent in there with cups of tea, chatting, reading and drinks before a taxi so efficiently arriving to take us for dinner - excellent and congratulations on an awesome idea for a hotel!

        We had to ask for toiletry top-ups as we ran out on our first night and they were not replaced. I think this should be done without asking. This is our only complaint. The hotel and staff were fantastic.
